Terms and Conditions
There shall be no binding contract between Seller & Buyer until the Buyer’s order has been accepted by the Seller.
The receipt of order confirmation from the Buyer, constitutes the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
These conditions shall apply to the exclusion of all other terms including any standard terms of Buyer, excepting as agreed in writing by the Seller. Acceptance of any goods will be deemed to indicate the Buyer’s agreement to these conditions.
Seller reserves the right to change the design and specification of any product or goods ordered by the Buyer without notice and substitute with comparable goods.
Payments
Payment is required before any order is dispatched the first three orders unless credit facilities have been approved with us in advance of the order.
Pre-approved credit accounts shall be made in full within 30 days of invoice. Credit facilities may be withdrawn without notice.
Seller reserves the right to charge interest of 2.5% monthly on all accounts that remain unsettled within our terms of trading.
Cancellation
Once an order confirmation is received, a charge may be made to the Buyer for any work carried out up to the date of written cancellation.
Once artwork has been approved, the Buyer may be liable for all charges relating to the said order.
Price
Unless otherwise agreed, the price of goods will be that ruling in the Sellers price list at date of despatch. Seller reserves the right to alter prices at any time without notice.
Unless otherwise agreed, all prices quoted are exclusive of carriage and delivery charges. Vat is charged on all orders at the prevailing rate at time of despatch.

Artwork
The best results are achieved using original artwork of high quality. Please check with our Sales office to ensure artwork is received in the correct format for your personalisation or see our artwork specifications link. A proof will be supplied prior to personalisation of the goods.
Returns/Refunds of Personalised Goods

All printed stock is non-returnable due to the bespoke nature of the print. These are considered personalised goods made to your specifications and cannot be re-sold to anyone else.
If there is a print error deemed to be our fault, we will offer to re-print the products or provide a refund as above.
Transfer of Property
Property in the goods shall remain with the Seller until Seller has received payment in full of the price and all sums due under contract.
Failure by the Buyer to make all necessary payments when due shall give Seller the right without prejudice to any other remedy of Seller, to repossess the goods and enter any premises for such purpose.
Force Majeure
Without prejudice to any other of these conditions, Seller shall be under no liability for delay or non-performance of any obligations hereunder due to circumstances whatsoever beyond the control of the Seller.
Law
This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the courts of England shall have jurisdiction to hear all disputes arising in connection with it.
